Since May when Cyndi came on site, the morale of our entire work force has changed 180 degrees. She had an insurmountable task in this respect alone and won the accolades of the employees in short order.
She has been tireless in building a good rapport with customers and mending broken bridges from the past. This has been astonishing for everyone around here. Rarely a day goes by that we do not receive a compliment on the cemetery, which has not happened in over fifteen years.
